A Radio Sign of Changing Times

As top radio markets go, Atlanta is pretty lame. But take a look at the October morning radio ratings. You will notice that Georgia State radio WRAS has made it's maiden appearance in the top 10 of morning shows.
This is a huge deal that a non-commercial station has jumped into the top ten.
